SIS&L Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) BANKING SERVICE

SIS&L has introduced its mobile banking service that allows customers to perform financial transactions from their phones.

The introduction of the USSD service forms part of the first phase of the mobile banking service which includes the development of a mobile App for both Android and IOS users.

The service, SI Mobile, is available on SIS&L registered short code *753# on all networks.

Under this service, customers will be able to conduct the following transactions:

  • Check account balance
  • View last 5 transactions (mini statement)
  • Buy airtime
  • Pay bills to merchants
  • Transfer funds from SIS&L accounts
  • Pay fees and
  • Transfer money using mobile services irrespective of the mobile network, anywhere, anytime and without internet connection.

The service enables non-customers to initiate account opening processes by providing basic KYC details for a team to follow up and complete the process with ease and convenience.

SIS&L USSD service is available on all phone types, including non-smart phones. No need for data or airtime to access the service. “No Data, No Wahala”

Customers can dial *753# using a registered phone number with SIS&L to sign up and enjoy the new service.

Non-Customers can equally dial the same code *753# to initiate account opening.
